How long is the program ?

The program length varies depending on the format:

• Private coaching & training: Custom-tailored from 1 to 8 sessions , often combined with personal or group retreats.

• Workshops & retreats: 1-day intensives to multi-day immersive experiences.

• Live events: 2-hour to full-day interactive sessions.

Each format is designed to train your ability to shift states, optimize performance, and create lasting transformation.

My goal is to work as efficiently as possible—it could take one session or six depending on the skills and needs. That’s the magic of this process: we can sometimes end a chronic pattern in one session, but other times, it takes a few more.

The goal is to empower you from the start. You’ll begin learning the tools and experiencing the states from the first session, but at least two sessions are needed to fully integrate the techniques and the felt experience.

All can be enhanced with EEG technology to see the switch in real time.

Session 1: Reprogramming stress and restoring the nervous system. Explore your intention and create the conditions and states for restoring peace and calm of the nervous system. Learn breathing, calm focus and deeper regenerative states.

Session 2: Changing habits and pains. Creating more of the feelings you want and manifesting. Solidify your ability to enter new states and understand the process of unconscious communication, neuroplasticity.

Session 3 and beyond: Target additional habits or feelings you want to strengthen, reinforce your tools, and train autonomy in using the Switch.

We teach you the tools and help you become a master of the Switch and reprogramming process.

  • Remote: Yes, all techniques can be trained virtually with live guidance. EEG-compatible devices allow for remote neurofeedback integration.
  • In-Person: Available for live events, retreats, and private coaching with immersive biofeedback and hands-on training.
  • Your brain operates at different frequencies, each linked to a distinct state:

    • Beta (14-30 Hz) – Focus, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
    • Alpha (8-12 Hz) – Creativity, calm focus, and light meditative states.
    • Theta (4-8 Hz) – Deep intuition, learning, hypnosis, and subconscious reprogramming.

  • Breath work is the fastest way to shift brainwaves. Techniques like CO2 tolerance, super ventilation, coherent breathing, and breath holds instantly drop you into deep states.
  • Although we don’t say we meditate, we go in a very similar state as what is known as mediation. We only go faster and deeper.

    • Yes, all techniques are scientifically backed, non-invasive, and natural. Hypnosis, breathwork, and neurofeedback are commonly used in clinical and performance settings. They are all made to empower you to be your own guide, leader, healer, lover.

    • Yes, though it’s always recommended to consult your doctor. These techniques work alongside medical treatments and do not interfere. However we always check your state before starting any coaching agreement and might not start if there are countraindications.
