I design and guide SWITCH experiences—from private intensives to group trainings, rituals, celebrations and neuro-art installations. My work sits at the meeting point between neuroscience, hypnosis and the mystery of the human experience.
Over the years I have woven together:
breathwork and nervous-system training,
clinical and conversational hypnosis,
flow research and performance psychology,
movement, music and immersive ritual,
experiments with EEG, HRV and sound-reactive visuals when possible.
I am not interested in creating a new belief system. I am interested in giving people direct experiences and tools so they can train their own inner technology, reset their nervous system, recode deep patterns and reclaim the magical in a grounded, measurable way.
Practiced Zen meditation and deep contemplation to reach states of focus and calm, which greatly enhanced his creativity and innovation.

Practises NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) daily. One of the most powerful tools for recovering lost sleep, improving concentration, promoting neuroplasticity.
He used hypnagogic awareness to access altered states, capturing creative ideas during the wake-sleep transition, linked to brain theta waves and enhanced creativity.
Scientific techniques based on neuroscience and brainwave training, popularized by experts like Dr. Andrew Huberman, highlight the tangible benefits of practices like NSDR or neurofeedback. Huberman explained that “adopting these practices can lead to improved sleep, cognitive abilities, mental health, and overall well-being.”
